In 1991 Snyder General sold Arcoaire & Comfortmaker to Inter-City Products.

AAF-McQuay operated as SnyderGeneral until 1994, when that company was purchased by Hong Leong Group Malaysia. Hong Leong in turn is part of Daikin Industries.

Hong Leong continued operation of AAF International and produces air-filtration products under the AAF and AmericanAirFilter brand products.

McQuay International produces commercial air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment (chiller products, air handling systems, applied terminal systems, and industrial refrigeration).
